The California Association of Food Banks came to us with a brief to improve the experience of food banks being able to request supplies from food vendors. The previous process involved CAFB sending out emails to food banks in the state with lists of offers available. However, there was a need for a platform that would allow food banks to browse available offerings and request items without manual intervention from CAFB.
